Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Rawlings Advisory ("we", "us", "our") provides fractional sales, client experience, operations and leadership support to NDIS providers, aged care providers and related businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

As a small business (with annual turnover under $3 million), Rawlings Advisory generally sits outside the scope of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which applies mainly to larger organisations. We've adopted the practices below regardless, because we think you're entitled to know how your information is handled when you get in touch with us. If our work for a client ever involves us directly handling identifiable health information — which can arise in some NDIS or aged care contexts — additional obligations may apply, including under the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), and we handle that information accordingly.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. This is generally limited to:

  • Your name, email address and organisation, when you submit the contact form on this website.
  • The content of any message you send us through the contact form, by email, or by phone.
  • Any further information you share with us if an enquiry develops into a client engagement (for example, details relevant to a scope of work).

We do not run our own analytics software or advertising pixels on this website, and we don't otherwise track your browsing behaviour. The "Book a Discovery Call" section of our website embeds a Calendly booking widget, which may set its own cookies to enable scheduling and remember your booking — see Calendly's privacy policy below for details. Our web fonts are also loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads these fonts.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and deliver our services if you become a client. We don't use your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

Third-party services

This website uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

  • Formspree processes submissions from our contact form and delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree is based in the United States, so form submissions are briefly handled on servers outside Australia before reaching us.
  • Calendly powers the discovery call booking widget on this site. If you use it to book a call, Calendly collects the booking details you provide (such as your name, email and selected time) and may set cookies to support scheduling. Calendly is based in the United States — see Calendly's privacy policy for how it handles your information.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this site, which are loaded from Google's servers when you visit.
  • Our website host serves the pages of this site to your browser and may retain standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability purposes, in the ordinary course of running a website.

We don't control these providers' own privacy practices beyond the data we send them, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies if you'd like more detail.

Data storage and security

Enquiries received through this website are stored in our email inbox and, where an engagement proceeds, in our ordinary business records. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure and only keep it for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do this, just get in touch using the details below and we'll respond promptly.

Making a complaint

If you have a concern about how your personal information has been handled, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our business or the services we use change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised.
